Rizza Antonov is Vice President of Finance for Techno-Graphics & Translations where, for five years, she was the Comptroller before being promoted to her current position. Prior to this, she worked as Accounting Manager for Electronic Technology Group overseeing financial reporting, balancing annual budgets, and managing the forecasting process.

A disciplined dancer, Rizza has won numerous top awards and recognitions in the United States and Canada for her skills in ballroom and Latin dance. She is a member of the National Dance Council of America (NDCA). In 2006, she competed, and won, in the Mrs. Philippines FACC pageant held by the Filipino American Council of Greater Chicago (FACC). That same year, she was recognized as Elegant Women of the Year by a publication.

Rizza is Mom to four professional daughters, including one dentist and three nurses. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Colegeo de San Agustin de Bacolod in the Philippines.

Cindy is the President of Jaydee Properties and Vice President of Jaydee ElderCare Corporation. She and her husband, Joe, have owned and managed Harvest Guest Home, a retirement assisted living facility in Wisconsin for more than 25 years.

Since 2008, Cindy has been the treasurer of the Federation of the Philippine American Chambers of Commerce (PACC), and president emeritus of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Chicago (PACCGC). She served as former treasurer and board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago. She serves on the Diversity Advisory Council of the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy and the board of the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy Alumni Association.

Active in her local church, Cindy is a member of the parish council of Our Lady of the Holy Family Parish. She lives in Chicago’s Little Italy with her husband, Joe D. Flores, Jr., a businessman and advocate.

Rose Tibayan is the Director of Public Affairs, Office of Budget and Management (OBM), for the City of Chicago. She handles press matters for the City‘s Budget Director, Comptroller, and Chief Financial Officer.

She is an award-winning former broadcast journalist who, for 15 years, worked as a television reporter for news stations in Philadelphia, New York, San Francisco, and Guam. Accolades include a national Excellence in Journalism Award from the Association of Healthcare Journalists (AHCJ) and three Telly Awards.

Rose holds a Master of Arts degree in medical and scientific journalism from Columbia University in the City of New York, where she was a Robert Wood Johnson Medical Foundation scholar and Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation fellow. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Delaware and holds a professional certificate in Municipal Finance from the University of Chicago.
